Intyg

Certificate

Between April 1994 and May 1997, John Boija has been responsible for the editing and publishing of the Svenska Volvo PV-klubbens newsletter PV-Notiser, a newsletter containing information and advertisements. The Svenska Volvo PV-klubben (the Swedish Volvo PV club) is a non profit-making association for the cause of preserving Volvo automobiles of the so-called PV model (Volvo PV 444, PV 445, PV 544, P 210 and P 1900) produced between 1944 and 1969. The association has almost 5000 members and during the aforementioned period the edition was around 4.500 copies.

PV-Notiser publishes 7 issues each year, of which one is a double-issue. In all, John Boija was editor for 21 issues. That included everything from initial typing to the completed pages. During the last year he was also responsible for the layout and image processing, and delivered his final digital originals, ready for the press, to the printing establishment.

As publisher for PV-Notiser, I see John Boija as a responsible person with a keen and sensitive ear. He is very co-operative and is able to both give and take criticism in a favourable way. Last-minute rearrangements and changes have been performed to the board's complete satisfaction.

The board wishes John Boija all the best for his studies, with hope that his experiences from the editorship for PV-Notiser will prove valuable and helpful.

On behalf of the board of the Svenska Volvo PV-klubben,

Falun, 21st of May 1997
